Services During COVID-19
Due to surging COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations, Linn County has closed most County buildings to the public once again to help reduce community spread of the virus and to help ensure continuity of County services. The closure will remain in effect until public health conditions improve and allow for modifications.
Details are listed below on how to conduct business with the Property Tax division of the Treasurer's Office.
Property Tax Payments
Property tax payments can be completed in the following ways:
- Online at iowataxandtags.org.
- By mailing payment to Linn County Treasurer at 935 2nd Street SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404. Make check payable to Linn County Treasurer. Must be postmarked by Sept. 30.
