Linn County, IA – Together! Healthy Linn encourages all who live, work, go to school in or visit Linn County to complete a community survey launched last spring, available online at http://bit.ly/LinnCounty2021, by September 30. This interactive tool, just one component of a Community Health Assessment, is particularly valuable this year. Opportunities to gain community perspective on issues affecting health and wellbeing during large gatherings or events were limited due to the ongoing pandemic.
Many different organizations are engaged in Together! Healthy Linn, ranging from hospitals and clinics, non-profits, and government agencies. Working together, a Community Health Improvement Plan is created that outlines action steps to address priority issues identified from the Community Health Assessment. To learn more about Together!
